Ingredients:

2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup apple juice

Directions:

Saute' onion and garlic in the butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 15 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste and use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
