Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 1/2 c. minced onions
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tblsp. hot sauce

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Bake at 375 deg. for 25 minutes.
