Ingredients:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat. Add sherry and lobster. Simmer about 1 minute. Add flour and stir. Add cream. Bring to boil. Stir until slightly thickened. Butter casserole. Alternate layers of cracker crumbs, Langostino mixture and grated cheese. Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
