Cream Cheese and Olive Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pimento stuffed oilves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Bread

Directions:
Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in minced olive, onion and mayonnaise; spread on bread.

Makes enough spread for 20 sandwiches.
