  German Appetizer

    




Ingredients:
36 slices party size rye bread
6 slices Swiss cheese (rectangular) cut each in 6 pieces
1/2 c creamy Russian dressing
1/4 lb thinly sliced corned beef
1 can (8 oz) sauerkrut, drained

Directions:
Spread bread with dressing; top with beef, sauerkraut and cheese. Arrange on paper plate or serving platter, 10 at a time-heat 2 1/2 -3 minutes on medium-high in microwave until cheese melts.
