Haroset Recipe

there are alot of ways to make this, here is my verson:
2cups chopped green apples(pealed)
3tbsp granulated sugar
12tsp cinammon
2tbsp lemon zest
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup concord grape wine (kosher)

mix all the above in a mixing bowl, 24 hours before serving.
