wash and clean peppers, remove stems and all seeds,finely chop into small bits like you would (cabbage for cole slaw) purchase a box of Sur-Jel pectin from a grocery store and procede to make the jelly following the recipe thatyou would use to make mint jelly. Pack it in steril jars and treat it as you would any other jelly, but use caution it can be HOT! But I love it and even eat it with toast,
do not strain out the pepper bits. This is truely awsome, let me know if you like it.....enjoy.....R
