Ingredients:

5 medium potatoes
1 clove garlic
butter or margarine
milk
salt and pepper

Directions:

Peel potatoes and 1/4 them. Cover with water, add garlic clove. Boil for 25 minutes. Drain, add salt pepper, milk and butter. Beat with a mixer on high speed.

4 servings

You can double the recipe for more. This is really a simple way of making mashed potatoes, good too.
