Ingredients:

pork chops
garlic powder
orange juice

Directions:

sprinkle chops with garlic or herbs that you like. Place in baking pan. Pour juice over chops so there is about a quarter inch of juice on the bottom of the pan. cover and bake until done. Check occasionally to see if you need to add more juice

You can also bread your pork chops first with Bisquick and flour (or whatever you normally use). Also try orange/pineapple juice. I don't know if this is the kind of recipe you are looking for, but it is good and simple
