Baked cheese omelet w/ toppings Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 9 eggs
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 tbl Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper sauce
  • 1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese(4 ou)
  • sour cream, if desired
  • chopped fresh tomatoes,id
  • chopped green onions, id

Directions:
Heat oven 325. Grease rectangular baking dish, 11x7x11/2 in., or square baking dish, 8x8x2 in. Beat eggs, milk, 1/2 c sour cream, mustard garlic salt and pepper sauce in medium bowl. Stir in cheese. Pour into baking dish.
Bake uncovered 40 to 45 min. or until omelet is set and top is golden brown. Top each serving with sour cream, tom. and green onions. serves 6
Can be done ahead of time and doubles beautifully! After pouring egg mixture into dish, cover and refrig. up to 24 hrs.
Can also add 1/2 cup finely chopped ham into egg mixture.
