Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 to 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 teasp. lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • about 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • about 1 c of croutons

Directions

separate the egg; only use the yolk. mix all but cheese and croutons in jar the night before. refridgerate. Shake the dressing, pout over washed romaine, sprinkle with cheese and croutons.
