Directions:
Defrost rasberries and bring to a boil, stirring and mashing the berries as they cool. Mix the cornstarch with the water and add to the rasberries. Continue to cook until the liquid is clear and thickened. Peel and slice the fresh peaches and add to the rasberry sauce. If frozen peaches are used , defrost and drain before adding. Cool slightly. Serve warm with hot crepes and pass along vanilla ice cream. Fresh or drained canned pears may be substituted.
