Ingredients:

  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Combine the above. Marinate beef overnight. Broil or grill to desired doneness.
