Microwave Brie Appetizer Recipe

3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
1/3 c. coffee-flavored liqueur(Kahlua)
3 T. brown sugar
1 ea Brie mini-cheese round(about 14oz)

Toast pecans in a glass pie plate: microwave on High for 2 minutes, stir, microwave an additional 2 minutes. If necessary, stir and microwave again for 2 minutes, until pecans are toasted.Stir in well the liqueur and brown sugar. Place Brie round on a microwave-safe serving plate. Remove rind from the top of the Brie and discard. Spoon pecan mixture over the top of the Brie. Microwave on high, uncovered, for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, turning plate midway through heating time. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes about 12 servings.
