Grammy's German Corn Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup margarine (softened)
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 17 oz. can whole kernal corn - drained
  • 17 oz. can creamed corn - NOT drained
  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into sprayed oven dish. I use a round souffle dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until brown and set.
