Ingredients:

Brush grapes, etc. with slightly beaten egg white. Dip in granulated sugar, turning to coat all sides. Dry on cake rack.
I would think it would be edible because only raw egg yolks can give you salmonela, but I wouldn't think it would taste good with an egg white after bite!
