Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked til crisp
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 16-oz cans pork & beans in tomato sauce
  • 2 TBL brown sugar
  • 2 TBL catsup
  • 1 TBL Worcestershire
  • 1 TBL prepared mustard

Directions

Cook onion in hot drippings from bacon til tender. Combine the beans, brown sugar, catsup, Worcestershire, mustard, and onions. Turn into a casserole. Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Stir well, then top with crumbled bacon. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
