The thing to remember with venison is it's sooo lean you need to add fat to make it hold together when ground.


  • 1 lb. ground venison 1/2 lb. ground beef {not lean}or pork(sausage will do).1/2 cup oats; 2 eggs, beaten; 8 oz. tomato sauce; 1 t. italian seasoning; 1 t. salt; 1/4 t. pepper; 2 tabls. worchestershire sauce;1/3 cup milk


Combine all ingredients till completely mixed. Rol into balls, cook on cookie sheet till firm. Serve with a brown gravy,barbeque sauce,teriyaki sauce or sweet and sour, your choice
