Chunky Guacamole Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
2 ripe Haas avocados
1/4 C diced debco or vidailla onion 1 ripe tomato seeded and chopped 1 T minced jalapeno slices 1 T salt 1/2 T ground coriander
Directions:
In a bowl, mash with the back of a wooden spoon the onion, jalapeno, salt and coriander into a paste Halve avocados and remove pits. With a small, sharp knife, dice the avocado meat while still in skin and spoon into bowl. Coat diced avocado meat with paste and fold in chopped tomato. Adjustments may be made by increasing or decreasing amounts of onion, jalapeno, salt or coriander.
