Directions:
Make cake according to recipe on box, using milk instead of water, and bake in a large angel food cake pan. While cake is cooling make glaze of beating butter and sugar till sugar dissolves. Add bourbon to mixture and pour over cake while still in pan. Leave in pan till thoroughly cooled and remove. Wrap cake with plastic wrap and freeze or refrigerate for up to a week. Cake improves with aging
