Ingredients:

  • 1 c. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 t. sugar
  • 1 c. olive or vegetable oil

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.
Makes 2 cups
