  Vietnamese Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tsp sugar quarter cup lime juice 1tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hoi sin sauce

Directions:
Combine all ingredints in a jar and shake well.



The salad should then be sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
