Ingredients:
Directions:
Place beans in Dutch oven add water till about l inch above beans. Bring to boil. Boil two minutes. Remove from heat and let stand one hour. Drain liquid from beans, returns beans to Dutch oven. Add all remaining ingredients, mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer l l/2 to 2 hours or till beans are tender, stirring occasionally.
Don't know if this is like what you had at the restaurant, but it is a very tasty recipe.
