Ingredients

  • 1 pk (4 serving size) instant vanilla or butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (not can pumpkin pie mix) 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1/4 tsp each cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
  • 1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

combine pudding miz, milk, pumpkin, orange peel and spices. Beat until well blended fold in whipped topping and pecans

spoon into what ever you want Garnish with additional whipped topping and chopped pecans


makes 3 1/4 cups or 6 servings
