Wine Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. red wine
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 clove garlic, peel and slice
  • 1 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3 chicken breasts, split in halves
  • 3-4 c. wild rice

Directions:
Combine all sauce ingredients and mix well. Place chicken in large casserole and pour mixture over and cover dish. Bake 1 1/2 hours, uncover for last 15 minutes. Serve at once. 375 degree oven. Serves 6.
