Alternatively, you can use frozen 'fruit' and an unfrozen banana.


  • 1 Banana (sliced 1/2 in thick and frozen)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, peaches or other fruit you like.
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup orange juice


Put all ingredients in a blender and puree until smoothe.
