Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour, salt,and sugar. Cook until bubbly, add milk and cook until thick. Stir in the corn, either chopped or whole, but chopped makes a smoother pudding. Stir in the eggs that have been beaten until frothy. Pour into a well buttered casserole and bake in a hot water bath at 350 about 45 minutes. Serves 8 Enjoy! Unavilable
