Ingredients:

4 cups vanilla yogurt
1 cup sugar
dash of salt
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups ripe mashed bananas

Directions:

Thoroughly combine yogurt,sugar,salt,whipping cream and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate 30 min. Add mashed bananas to chilled mixture before freezing. Freeze as directed.

This recipe is for a 2 qt freezer. Half it for a 1 qt and it should work very well. 1 serving should not hurt any diet.........enjoy.......Ray..
