Ingredients

  • 2 tblsp margarine or butter
  • l/2 cup shredded carrot
  • l/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tblsp all purpose flour
  • l l5oz jar cheese 'n salsa dip
  • l (l4 l/2 oz) ready to serve can chicken broth
  • l 9oz pkg frozen cut broccoli, thawed, with larger pieces cut in half
  • l cup milk

Directions

Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium heat. Add carrot and onion, cook till tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle flour over vegetables, stir to blend

Add all remaining ingredients. blend well. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
