Serve with mayo mixed with fresh horse radish that is mixed to your taste or they can be served with a tarter sauce that you can buy in any store but you need to add fresh chopped chives and you can also add some capers.....Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp veg oil
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp water
  • 32 large mushrooms (med size will give you more)
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • vegtable oil for frying

Directions

Combine flour, salt & pepper in a small bowl and set aside. Combine eggs, 1 & 1/2 tsp oil & water then mix well. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel. Coat mushrooms in flour mix and then dip in egg mix, then roll in breadcrumbs. Chill at least 1 & 1/2 hrs. Deep fry at 375 to a golden brown and then drain on paper towels.
