Note: For festive moments, add a dollop of whipped cream topped with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
- This coffee cooler can be made with breweed or instant coffee.
- 1 cup extra-strong black coffee, cooled
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon superfine granulated sugar
- 3 ice cubes
In container of electric blender, combine coffee, cream, sugar and ice cubes. Cover and blend on high speed 10 seconds, or until foamy. Pour into a tall glass and serve immeditately.
