Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs. oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 8 oz. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbl. Fish sauce(Nam Pla)
  • 1 Tbl. oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbl. sugar
  • 1/4 cup slivered green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup slivered red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup onions, sliced

Directions

Heat a large skillet and add oil, garlic and shrimp. Saute for 1 minute. Add all the other ingredients and cook 2 minutes.
