Ingredients:

1 bottle of vinegar
1 large sprig of fresh basil
whole pepper corns
2 whole cloves garlic

Directions:

wash unopened bottle of vinegar to remove lable,pour a little of the vinegar out, drop pepper corns into bottle, and score garlic, put sprig into bottle. Close lid, let sit for a couple of weeks before use.

This also makes a real nice gift. It will keep for a long time.
