Ingredients:

SESAME NOODLES
1 lb. Chinese egg noodles
4 Tbsp. sesame oil
4 Tbsp. black soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. black Chinese
vinegar
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. hot pepper oil
4 to 5 Tbsp. finely chopped
scallions (green and white
portions)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together except noodles. Toss in
noodles.
