Ingredients:

  • Crab-Pasta Salad
  • 1 24 oz. pkg. rotini or shells pasta
  • 1/2 lb. crab meat - diced
  • 1 pkg. frozen Birds Eye tiny tender peas
  • 1-1 1/2 c. diced sweet pickles
  • 1-1 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 2-3 bunches chopped green onions
  • 2-2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 16-20 oz. Miracle Whip (can use 1/2 Miracle Whip & 1/2 mayonnaise)

Directions:
Cook pasta and drain.
Put in large bowl and let cool.
Stir pasta occasionally while cooling to separate.
Season pasta with Lawry's seasoned salt to taste and stir. Thaw peas out on a paper towel to absorb the water (can thaw in microwave).
Add all ingredients but Miracle Whip and mix well.
Add Miracle Whip and mix well.
Chill.




Amounts can easily be varied for individual preferences. Serves 10-12.
