Ingredients:

l l/2 lbs ground beef
l l/2 teasp salt
l/4 teasp pepper
l egg, beaten
l clove garlic slivered

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together, make into patties, 6 or 8 depending on thickness required.
Cook in skillet with a small amount of fat till desired doneness.

This comes from my Ground Meat cookbook. Another garlic-flavored burger is to use the above recipe, omitting the egg and garlic. While hamburgers are cooking brush with garlic-flavored french dressing. Hope these help.
