Ingredients

  • 5 juniper Berries
  • 500 g (1 lb) dried figs
  • 5 litres (1 gallon) water

Directions

Soak dried figs and juniper berries in water for one week.The liquid is then strained, bottled, and left for four or five days before drinking.
