Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 2/3 Cups Bread Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Medium Rye Flour
  • 1 Tbls Gluten
  • 1 tsp Caraway Seeds
  • 4 tsp Brown Sugar, Packed
  • 1 Tbls Butter
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Dark Beer or Stout
  • 3/4 Cup Warm Water

Directions:
All ingredients except the water should be at room temperature before starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "Whole Wheat Bread". Press "Start".
