Directions:
Set oven to 375. Fold sugar choc.chips & nuts into beaten egg whites. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. When oven reaches 375 put cookies in. Now trn off the oven. Don't open the door. Remove in two or three hours. Makes @ 30 small cookies Be sure the egg whites are room temp. when you beat them. Addictive!
