Thee are addictive, be careful!


  • 3 egg whites
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1 -6 oz. pkg. semisweet choc. chips
  • 2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla


Preheat oven to 275. Line baking sheets w/ foil. Beat egg whites w/ salt until stiff. Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in choc. chips, cocoa powder and vanilla. Drop batter by walnut sized spoonfuls onto prepared sheets. Bake 30 min. Transfer entire foil sheet to rack and allow cookies to cool. Store in air tight container.

Makes @ 4 doz.
