Seviche Recipe

  Salad

    




Ingredients:
1 lb. raw bay scallops
4-6 oz.fresh lime juice
2 serrano peppers minced ( red,green,
or yellow peppers fine diced may be
substituted Add nice color)
2 Tbs.fresh cilantro chopped
Optional 1 Tbs.olive oil
4 oz. tomato cncass'ee (peeled,seede d,
& diced)
1 tsp.garlic minced or chopped
salt & pepper TT (to taste)

Directions:
In a stainless steel, plastic, or glass container mix
all ingredients. Cover, and marinate in refrigerator 4
hours or overnight. Stir to blend flavors every so
often.
