Ingredients

  • 3 lbs russet pot. peeled, cooked & mashed 3/4 C. whole milk 1 Tbs. wasabi powd. 1/2 stick butter salt & pepper

Directions

Peel, cook & mash pot. Combine milk & wasabi powder, stirring to dissolve. Add milk mixture and butter to potatoes, mix well. (by hand or electric beater) Season to taste with salt & pepper.


This makes 6 side dish servings
