Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Dressing Recipe | ||

| Ingredients:
15 square saltine crackers
2 c. minced dry parsley 1/2 c. dry minced onions 2 T dry dillweed 1/4 c. onion salt 1/4 c. garlic salt 1/4 c. onion powder 1/4 c. garlic powder =================== 1 c. mayo 1 c. buttermilk
Directions:
Put crackers through a blender on high speed until powdered. Add parsley, minced onion and dillweed. Blend again until powdered. Dump into a bowl. Stir in onion salt, garlic salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Place into a container with a tight fitting lid. You can store this dry mixture at room temperature for up to 1 year. To mix dressing. Combine 1 tablespoon dry mixture with 1 c. mayo and 1 c. buttermilk. Whisk till smooth, chill to thicken. Makes...42, 1 tablespoon servings. |
