onions, peppers (bell) jalepeno, ancho etc. meat (turkey) garlic, tomatoes, tomato puree,paste. cumin,cayenne,tobasco,chili powder,cider vinegar, sugar,molasses,worcestershire, cilantro, salt,pepper

Directions:

Substitute turkey for any beef chili recipe. There are so many ways to make chili. I have listed the most common ones sorry I didn't put amounts it is all subjective.Cayenne and/or Tobasco or jalepeno are the common "fire" elements
