| Ingredients:
spinach
olive oil garlic
Directions:
Heat a little olive oil in a skillet. Put in a whole, peeled garlic clove and let it get nut brown. Remove the garlic and add washed spinach. Saute; until spinach wilts. Salt and Pepper. Fantastic way to cook spinach. The color is bright green and it melts in your mouth.
