Ingredients

  • 1 (2-1/2 to 3 lb.) pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. bourbon
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • Mustard Sauce*
  • Mustard Sauce:
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1 t. dry mustard
  • 1-1/2 t. vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 T. finely chopped scallions

Directions

Place the pork in a mixture of soy sauce, bourbon and brown sugar in a container.

Marinte covered, in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.

Grill the tenderloin for 12 to 15 minutes per side or until cooked through, basting occasionally with the marinade.

Slice the tenderloin diagonally.

Serve the Mustard Sauce with the tenderloin.

Mustard Sauce:

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, dry mustard, vinegar, salt and scallions in a bowl; mix well.


Serve 4 to 6
