FOR THE CAKE: Mix the first 5 ingredients well. Add next three ingredients; stir until smooth. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool. Spread with frosting. FOR THE FROSTING: Combine all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Yields: cake-9 servings
