Ingredients

  • 2 TBS OLIVE OIL
  • 2 CUPS FRESH BASIL LEAVES(PRESSED)
  • 1/2 CUP OR MORE PARSLEY
  • 1/4 CUP GRATED CHEESE
  • 2 GARLIC CLOVES
  • 1/4 CUP WALNUTS
  • 4 OZ SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE (NOT WHIPPED)
  • 1/4 CUP HEAVY CREAM OR HALF & HALF
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions

In food processor, puree basil, parsley, & garlic with oil until pasty. Add grated cheese & nuts and blend more. Add cream cheese til well blended. Add cream or half/half a little at a time till desired consistency.
