| Ingredients:
2 TBS OLIVE OIL
2 CUPS FRESH BASIL LEAVES(PRESSED) 1/2 CUP OR MORE PARSLEY 1/4 CUP GRATED CHEESE 2 GARLIC CLOVES 1/4 CUP WALNUTS 4 OZ SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE (NOT WHIPPED) 1/4 CUP HEAVY CREAM OR HALF & HALF SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
Directions:
In food processor, puree basil, parsley, & garlic with oil until pasty. Add grated cheese & nuts and blend more. Add cream cheese til well blended. Add cream or half/half a little at a time till desired consistency. Enjoy. |
