These are very good and so easy to make. My favorite is to use a lemon cake mix. I've never added nuts or M&M's but I suppose you could. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 8oz. Cool Whip
- 1 Box Cake Mix (favorite flavor)
- Powdered Sugar (sifted)
- I guess you can add nuts, chocolate chips or M&M's.
Directions
Beat egg and add cool whip and mix well. Add cake mix and stir until moistened.
Drop by teaspoons into powdered sugar and roll around until covered. Place on greased cookie sheet (leave in shape of ball. Do not flatten)and bake in preheated oven 375 for 10 to 12 min.
