The amount of mayonnaise will depend on the dryness of your turkey.
- 2 cups chopped turkey
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
- Salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients and chill. Use to make sandwiches or serve on lettuce leaves.
